Cooperation with “Eurofreight” Company is done by the following scheme:

Step1. Preliminary inquiry.
If you have a cargo and you would like to know a preliminary cost of its delivery and customs processing you need to forward a preliminary inquiry stating the main details of transportation. You may send On-Line order or fax it by +7 (495) 788-98-41. After having processed your message our manager will contact you by your contact details. Additional information is always available by phone +7 (495) 786-39-14.

Step 2. Order Execution.
If you are ready to make use of our services:
- we confirm your inquiry;
- our customer officer who made a preliminary calculation for you will monitor every step of execution of your order from the moment of dispatch to the moment of the cargo receipt.

You may ask your manager or any other officer responsible for the step concerned any question you like.
